- Ethical Conduct: Marketing activities must be conducted in an ethical and professional manner and must not be misleading, deceptive or harmful to consumers or the company’s reputation.
- Branding: All marketing activities must align with the company’s brand guidelines, including the use of the company’s logo, tagline and messaging.
- Approval Process: All marketing materials must be reviewed and approved by the marketing department or designated senior management before being released to the public.
Procedure:
- Planning and Development: The marketing department or designated personnel will plan and develop marketing campaigns in accordance with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Creation of Marketing Materials: All marketing materials must be created in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines and must be reviewed and approved by the marketing department or designated senior management before being released to the public.
- Advertising: All advertising must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must be reviewed and approved by the marketing department or designated senior management before being released to the public.
- Promotions and Events: All promotions and events must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must be reviewed and approved by the marketing department or designated senior management before being executed.
- Public Relations: All public relations activities must be conducted in an ethical and professional manner and must be reviewed and approved by the marketing department or designated senior management before being executed.
- Digital Marketing: All digital marketing activities must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy laws, and must be reviewed and approved by the marketing department or designated senior management before being executed.
- Record Keeping: The marketing department or designated personnel must keep records of all marketing activities, including approvals, for at least three years.
